Staying Positive

A beautiful Colorado Day.

Staying Positive is something I talk about often in my blogs. I feel it's so very important.No matter what's going on in your life you can make things better by staying positive. When times are tough it's not easy to stay positive but it's your most effective choice.When you're knocked down it's easy to feel sorry for yourself but the sooner you choose to be positive the sooner you will be in a better state.Being positive in the face of difficulty is not a matter of training or ability. It's a choice that you are free to make at any moment.Take a moment to look back at other upsetting times that have come and gone in your life.You will remember that as soon as you started being positive is when things started looking up.So it's your choice. I'm still here on call waiting for the paper work to get done so we can be dispatched and sent to the fire lines. Prayers go out to everyone in volved. There are more than 12 wildfires now out of control in the state of CO. Over half the country's fire fighters and resources are here helping with this disaster.

A beautiful day in deed. Today is not just another day. Today is different and unique in it's own way. There will never be another day like today.Today will be filled with possibilites that will never come again.What makes it so beautiful is that you have recieved this gift and can do with it what you please. You can embrace this beautiful day and choose to make it even better. You can stand up and smile moving forward towards every dream you've ever wished on. Today's circumstances have come togther for a reason so now is your opportunity to take advantage of it.For each downfall there are thousands of possitive opportunitys for you.Live this beautiful day. I'm still on call and willing and waiting to transport fire fighters anywhere they need to go. I believe we are waiting for them to fly into our area from other states. I am on call and scheduled to leave today or tomorrow to the fire camps.Colorado is burning up with 8 major wild fires burning out of controll. I will be transporting fire fighters to and from the fire lines and staying in the fire camp. Should be gone 7-10 days but possably up to 21 days. To all a great summer and a Happy 4th of July. Problems In Life are a given.Don't try to avoid them.The effort will do nothing but make things worse.The sooner you except this the easier they will become. When you stop running from the challanges they become much easier to deal with. I have seen many in my life  that get over extended in finances. They get over whelmed with the day to day routine then instead of fixing them they run the other direction. Just to find out down the road that the problems arise again.Living a good life is not a life with no problems but a life of handling them. Ridgeway Reservoir.Only about 25 miles from here. We are going with a group on Sunday to spend a few days camping and fishing. Can't wait to get out for a couple of days.

The Small Decisions Count. Yes in deed and more than you might think.We make many small decisions all day every day. The small decisions are the one's that keep us moving forward.The small decisions have a very big impact on our futures.Sure the big decisions are important as well.But the small decisions are the one's maintain your direction.The small decisions come so fast and so often that you often don't have time to think about what action to take.That's how you positively take control.The small decisions reflect so much on your day to day outcome.Invest in creating positive thoughts towards each small decision and you will have a positive outcome in life.
