Life's To Short

A beautiful day fishing the upper end of the Black Canyon on Saturday.

Life's to short in deed. No one knows the time we will have but most agree it's to short. So while your here, why not make the best of it? Why not live with happiness and no regrets? You can be allot happier if you choose to be. No matter what hand you are dealt you can choose to be happy. Let the silly little things that normally bother you pass on by. This will reduce the stress and ease life a bit. Imagine how life would be if half of your frustrations were gone. Well you can let them go if you choose to. Free up time and energy by not sweating the small stuff. This will allow you to work on the things that really matter. No matter how difficult a situation might seem you have the power to work out a solution and move on. By worrying and complaining you are doing nothing but stalling. You're making the situation worse and wasting the energy that should be directed to fixing the problem. When a problem arises ask your self is it really that big of a problem? Is it something I need to fix now or just let it go forever. Allot of the little things that are let go never surface again. So why spend the time worrying about the little things? Be firm about what matters and flexible about what doesn't.  Don't waste your time or energy on the little things and your life will suddenly be extended. Life's to short in deed so get busy on what's important. Don't forget to love always, forgive quickly and smile along the way.

Jump In Feet First

The Canyon Swing at Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park. Yes I jumped in feet first and rode it. It swings you out 1,300 feet above the Colorado River at 50 MPH.

Jump in Feet First. If you always live in fear and never take a chance you will never succeed. Things you never at least try you surely will not achieve. You can always make excuses why not to do something. But those excuses will bring no value to you or the ones around you. Put your heart in 100% and jump in feet first. If it don't work at least you tried. Don't bother jumping in feet first at 50% because it surely won't work. We know from experience that life can be full of joy by moving forward. We also know that hiding behind excuses will bring little joy, little accomplishments and will slow your progress. Attempting something new, going outside of your box and comfort zone might be uncomfortable and challenging. But if you don't at least try there is one guarantee and that's failure. Don't worry what should of been or what might be. Just jump in feet first. Let yourself free from your box and you might be surprised of the outcome. It might not be easy. It might be a little scary but have some faith in yourself and jump in feet first. Be thankful for every moment and have no regrets. Don't forget to love always, forgive quickly and smile along the way. Have a great day everyone and thanks for visiting my thought today.

Today Is Your Day

A bunny in our yard yesterday.

Today is your day. Today can be the best day ever if you choose to make it so. Today had been delivered to you so you might as well make good use of it. Since it's your day, make it into something special. Forget about the frustrations and inconveniences that some days bring. Stay positive and keep moving forward. Move beyond the norm and concentrate on a positive outcome. Live today in a way that tomorrow you'll have no regrets. Today is your day to add new value to your life and the ones around you. This is your day to live, so do so with enthusiasm and confidence. Put forth the effort and you won't be disappointed. Today is your day in deed. Don't forget to love always, forgive quickly and smile along the way. Share your day with others by reminding them how thankful you are to have them in your day and your life. Have a great Monday and enjoy your day.

Life Is Risky

A beautiful swan relaxing in the water a few weeks ago in Las Vegas.

Life is risky in deed, but this is what makes it so valuable. With everything we do there are risks involved day in and day out. But that's OK because we have the tools to work through any situation that might arise. By working through the risks we will create value in our life's. With value comes great achievements that propel us upward and forward. Accept the risks and follow it through to the end, you won't be disappointed. With excepting the risk there will surely be some setbacks along the way. That's OK, learn from the mistakes and keep excepting the risks. Learn to except the risks and transform them into great achievements. With every obstacle along the way you will create value and value leads to success. Take positive action and you will succeed one risk at a time. Continue the forward progress and you will find success. Don't try to take short cuts, this will only put you further behind. No one said life was going to be easy but except the risk and you will be on your way. Don't forget to love always, forgive quickly and smile along the way. I hope everyone had a fun and safe 4th of July, and thanks again for visiting my thought today.
