You Have A Choice

You have a choice. Stress seems to be a major part of many peoples world today. Well you have a choice. Life doesn't have to be this way at all. In most cases stress is what you make it.  I've learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way (s)he handles these three things: a rainy day, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights. Stress is a reaction that you choose in a certain situation. Allot of the times we cause ourselves more stress than what is needed. In many cases the situation is because of a bad decision that we have made. Then we make it worse by stressing out. We take a situation and respond with a stressful attitude. Instead, choose to respond with love and determination and you will find life much easier. Use positive action instead of negative action. It's your choice and it's yours to make. Don't sweat the small stuff and don't turn mole hills into mountains. Take life one step at a time placing one foot in front of the other.
