Happiness Is Now. In this moment you can choose to be happy. If your in a tough situation in most circumstances you have chosen to be so by your actions. Regardless you can still choose to be happy. In most cases if you not happy it's because you are not happy with yourself. You might blame others and be on the pity train but that will not correct the situation. You are also probably caught up on material things.Material things might bring you happiness for a short time but eventually they all go by the wayside.If there has been something you have wanted to do, today is the day to do it. If your wanting a change for the better you can choose to make that change today. Don't rely on anyone other than yourself to change it.Happiness does not depend on external factors,work to cultivate the kind of happiness that comes from within.Happiness within can't be taken away or lost. External things,Material things including people can and will eventually be taken away.So make today the day, Happiness Is Now.Don't forget to love always,forgive quickly and smile along the way.
