Every action you take good or bad is taken because you have convinced yourself to do so. You can do anything you want and can achieve anything you want if you simply convince yourself to do it.No matter how tall the mountain or obstacle you will find away to succeed once convinced. Are you convincing yourself to reach higher? Or are you sitting idle in a stale mate? Look around you at what you have already accomplished. This was achieved by being positively convinced that you could do it. If you like what you see then keep on going and keep convincing yourself to do so. If your not happy with where your at then convince yourself to do better. Convince yourself to keep moving and to challenge yourself to create a better life. Convince yourself to stay positive and reach for your dreams.You have done it time and time again so don't stop now. Convince Yourself!
