Yet we gain value and knowledge by making it through the tough times.Life is great when you get it right the first time. Yet we gain wisdom and courage by making it through the disappointments and challenging times.Life is great spending time relaxing. Yet life can become empty if that's all you do.No matter what life brings you, there is always great possibilities to make the best of it and live life to your fullest capabilities.You have to first let yourself understand that you are worth it. You are worth the effort to achieve your goals.You are worth the pain and effort to get through each days ups and downs.Make what ever efforts are necessary to concur what ever setbacks come your way.
