Very wise advise in deed, stay in motion. No matter what's going on, stay in motion. If your not happy with where you're at there's no better way to move forward than staying in motion. If things are going great then make them even better by staying in motion. The power of momentum is a beautiful thing. Sports teams often thrive off of momentum. Well the same applies to life, keep the momentum going and stay in motion. There's no better way to get it done, than getting up and getting it done. Be eager and persistent while taking action. If your just sitting around you will become stagnant and you won't be happy with the outcome. When you get up and get moving skies the limit. Get up, get in motion and stay in motion. When your on a roll keep the ball rolling. When your in a slump get going and stay in motion. Don't forget to love always, forgive quickly and smile along the way.
