You Can Feel Like It.

Sunsets get even better.

You Can Feel Like it even when you don't. What you ask? Is there something you need to do but you just don't feel like it?Well you have a couple of choices.You can do it anyways. Or you can choose to avoid it all together.But the easiest way is to change your feelings about it first.Besides they are your feelings and you are in control of them.Start by putting them into words.For instance say.....I want to go for a run. Or I need to get up early tomorrow.Seems easy and it is. By just saying it you will set your mind into changing the way you feel about it.You will be taking the first step to taking action.Say it to your self or say it out loud. Say it with confidence and you will soon see the way you feel about it start to change.If you start saying you feel like it then you will. If you take the steps to feel like it suddenly it will be done. In the end you will be much happier that you did it instead of avoiding it all together. Positive thinking goes a long way. See you can feel like it. I am going to go try to catch a few more fish for the Elks Fish Fry. I don't really feel like it but I'm going to start with positive thinking.
