Every once in awhile its a good idea to remind yourself and others that you are wonderfully alive.We get so caught up in the day-to-day details that we forget this fact.It is all so easy to get run down and run out of energy from the demands of daily living.Sometimes it takes a big surprise,a big challange, or a great oppertunity that wakes us up and gives us a shot of adrenaline.But you don't have to wait for lifes changes to energize you.There are many other ways when you are finding your self run down and worn out. Keep in mind that life is very exciting in itself the only reason we get bored is because we allow ourselfs to become this way. You should start by counting your blessings. Think of all the things you are thankfull for in your life.It should be rather easy to come up with a long list. If you have trouble doing this start by thinking about life itself. Think about the oppertunity to grow.Think about the people that are all around you and that god has put in your life.In your mind go over each one and dwell on how great they are. The more you think of these possitive things the energy will grow inside you.No matter what dissapointments you have there is always something to be thankful for. Count those blessings again and again. You are then on your way to energizing your life.Remember to thank a friend or a loved one for being in your life today.It will energize you as well as them.Always love and smile. Never regret anyone or anything that makes you smile. Forgive quickly and you will bring more energy to your life as well as others.A friend of mine quoted yesterday something so very true.
