Put your frustrations in check

I took this picture yesterday. My book tells me it's a White Crowned Sparrow. It has a lovely chirp and it seemed to follow me around the property yesterday.

Put your frustrations in check.By putting them in check and not getting caught up in them they will disappear.Small frustrations and even minor problems can lead to bigger problems than needed. But you can choose to not let them develope. When you see frustrations developing step back and put them into perspective. Is it really that big of a deal. Our egos often get the best of us and we seem to blow it all out of proportion. But the reality is that it's a waste of energy and time. When you see them developing put some distance between them and you.Allow your self some space to think through your options. Then pick the best option that lifts you up past the problem and continue moving forward. Put a smile on your face and you will soon find the problem isn't that bad and there was no need to be frustrated.Remember to forgive quickly,Love always and don't forget to smile. To all a great day the weekend is almost here. Thank you for visiting my blog today.
God Bless
Jason
